Ah! Much better! hey, i really enjoyed that, awesome tone! sounded like you were enjoying yourself, made the rhythm change very well, very good. no real complaints really. Maybe a couple of sectiosn were you went for some real speed runs would have been cool, but actually the execution and timing on your melodic stuff was excellent.

Glad you enjoyed Russ. I'm planning on having a crack at a few of the modal things, so I'll try and squeeze in some of those fast runs next time

Try one of the other modes too. Definately a good idea. How about Lydian? Or maybe the Dorian (it's got a great funky backing track)? The Mixolydian is also interesting.

I was about to finally manage a recording I would be satisfied with. My fingers physical condition decreased for each recording, however, I was able to play. Then, in the middle of a could-have-been recording, the low E broke. Thus, I'll upload a "backup" strictly Aeolian which I stored in case I couldn't do any better.

Now I definately can not due to the string and the fingers.

There's no technical greatness going on in this one, BUT; let me add that I had a great time. The backing track brought me to dreamland. I like the groove of it.

    Here is the "backup" recording

After healing the finger to a certain degree and re-stringing the guitar, I did another take. Forget about the previous one. I think this one is a little better. At least, you can hear my joy in this recording, if nothing else.

When you think you're hearing a quiet/uninspired part for several seconds towards the end, it's me busy changing the settings of the amplifier.

My bending finger is still not in perfect shape, so I couldn't perform the bends the way I wish I could. Also, I at least tried to practice stable picking today, but I am afraid I forgot about it in the heat of the moment.
