    Strictly Xmas Fun

A little BT for some Xmas fun, nothkng serious here but why not come up with some crazy stuff?

Can anyone match the bizarre effect I found called "Motor Race"? hear it in the second half of the solo....crazy stuff.

BT is there for you to have a go over too.

    In Em.

    Enjoy and happy Xmas!

Russ, is that one of the effects on your toys'r us guitar? I can't match that, no. Have to think about it, though.

Great playing as always in the first chorus

As always a really cool BT....

So here's mine, with my favorite christmas theme in there, I guess theres actually two christmas melodies!. And i use the "lucky" patch from Korg Toneworks thingy as the weird sound... oh and the end uses the G Synth patch....

    Fun stuff.....

Here's mine. It's kind of bluesy.

I was using an octave pedal, an echo delay, and pinch harmonics for the crazy background noises.

    I hope you enjoy!

Furious, great shreddery as always, love the craziness too. i thought I was caught in some dr Who episodic nightmare. Great!

Ash, Xmassy mentalism! Love the bells! Wish i'd thought of the bells!

Lead, whoaaaaa, I'm alll shredded out after that, some great stuff in there and a touch of craziness at the end too! (welcome to IBM btw)

    Happy Xmas all!

Last night I played "Highway To Hell" in front of 1.500 screaming fans...just the right way to rock into your X-mas holidays.

This is what happens the next day when you´re bored on a lazy afternoon ...

Anyway, I used an old flanger for that one and some other stuff.

    Merry Christmas everyone!!!

    Hey T,
That was nice... I really like the way you pick some of those runs, mixing up the legato and alternate picking. Has a really cool PG sound.

    As always very inspiring!

Thanks furious! I had some more X-mas fun today and recorded some groovy backing track for you guys to jam over. So this is kinda strictly funky, groovy kinda thing...let´s see what you can come up with...

First up, here´s my take on it...

    Rock

Gettin' old, goin' grey, gettin ripped off, on the pay, gettin' sold, secoind hand, that's how it goes, playin in a band...

Glad to hear you were rockin TK!

Nice takes by the way, your Xmas take had me seeing mental images of you running up and down stairs really quickly...while playing!

Nice funkery too. I'll be having a bash at that...once I can convince the kids/wife I am just nipping to "the shops" (read: studio)

Lemme hear you say: "Take it to the bridge.Owwwwww."
