    Check out this guitarist.

    http://adam.fulara.com/

then click on the adamfulara link at the top of that page then click on videos, then download videos (I'd recommend the Bach ones especially) then watch videos

I'm not sure if I should be inspired or just quit playing altogether. Holy crap there are so many talented players out there.

As I was watching the Back pieces I literally looked at the screen in amazement for like 1 minute after the video finished. This guy is pretty awesome at two-hand tapping. I haven't seen anyone come as close to Autumn Leaves as this guy especially in a solo. It's crazy. Madness...

    Flathead,

I have seen his vids. See it as a motivation, donīt let it depress you. Guys like him and Stanley Jordan have taken an entirely different road, moved into a different direction and worked on that tapping-style.
Itīs just another facet of what you can do on the guitar, so let that inspire you. No reason to feel down.

He's really awesome indeed. He hangs around in another guitar forum I visit frequently and he says he's working on a book and DVD covering 12 songs or so with transcriptions - if anyone's interested (must be someone in here that plays a double-neck).
