    1 hour practice track

    Hi guys,

I thought I'd share this epic 1 hour guitar practice backing track with ya'll - it's pretty handy as an extremely thorough warm-up exercise and great for working out new licks and practicing in real-time!

The chord progressions are all in A minor and all you really need is the A minor scale and the A harmonic minor scale....

There's free scale maps HERE for guitarists... to help you with the scales.

If you go the distance you are very likely to come out the other side with some new licks - it's a journey
