Advice on Which gear to buy

    Hi there guys,

Since Ive not posted here in a while, I thought I would ask for some advice on some gear.

I am looking to find a decent recording set-up which will hopefully help towards getting some work within the industry, as I have no access to recording complete and decent songs as of yet. Im also looking to up my own website for youtube videos of my playing, compositions, information regarding guitar lessons and the likes...so if anyone knows of any good sites to purchase from that would be great

Does anyone know of any music gear they would reccomend? products im looking into purchasing are:

Guitar Rig 3 Kontrol (relatively cheap with good amp simulations and built in audio interface)

Toontrack EZ Drummer (reccomended from a friend, because real drums are abit of a pain for me at the time being)

Decent 5 string bass (Currently looking at Ibanez BTB series)

My budget at the time being is around 500ish

    Cheers,
    Sean
