All in the key of Eb

#1 LH: F RH: A D Eb G
#2 LH: Bb RH: Ab C Db F
#3 LH: Eb RH: G C Db F

Here's what I came up with:
#1 F9 (add 13) no 5th
#2 Bb m9
#3 Eb 13 (no 5th, no 11th)

I learnt them from YouTube and want to transpose em to other keys so I wanna name em properly.

I put in the name of each note separated by commas but it didn't tell me the name of the chord

#1 F13
#2 Bb m9
#3 Eb 13

you're right on the money - much of the time dominant "13" chords don't have the 11 in them, and you don't need the 5th in the voicing. So you can call #1 & 3 plain "13" chords.
