Hi.

I read you article about not anchoring your right hand to the guitar. I've tried this since friday. What I get is more tension in my arm and I still touch the guitar a bit, not as much as before, I just feel it a littel bit. Kinda of a reference about where the guitar is. Also, when I go to do more fast picking my wrist movement is diminished and my arm is doing most of the movement. What to do?

I'd really like to be able to play so, since it's easier to just throw in a sweep in the middle. My hand is in the air while sweep-picking, but not when doing alternate picking.
