    Is there a figured bass for..

    a chord that plays the Maj7 in the bass? like on a guitar, you can go C - C/B - Am (x32010 - x22010 - x02210). If you're trying to analyze a progression that contains anything like that.. would there be a figured bass for that middle chord?

    Less complicated example.. the guitar chord D/F# is a D in first inversion, so say you're playing in G, the D/F# would be a V6
